Things from one of my customers. He gave me a very complex pattern, requesting engrave at least 0.1mm depth on stainless steel. So that the pattern produced three-dimensional. Later, after some try for a 50 * 50 pattern which to engrave depth of 0.1mm, with 20W fiber laser marking machine at least for more than 20 minutes continuous marking.

There is the adjustment of parameters. For deep engraving need high power, low frequency, low speed. With high power, low frequency, low speed hit several times. Because the speed is relatively slow, there will be accumulation in the marking position, will hinder the laser penetration , So also use high-frequency, high-speed sweep again, the sediment sweep away, and then continue to low-frequency, low-speed play.
